1.) Why do you need Wireless Charging?

• You don't need a wire, so it looks simple and the wire no longer winding around.

• Wireless charging is much more comfortable than wire charging because there is no need to find a compatible charging wire.
• The newest cell phone models, both iOS and Android, are usually compatible to wireless charging - Please refer to Q11.

2.) Why Magnetic Wireless Charger is preferable than those without Magnet ?

Magnetic force is the most powerful mechanism to coordinate or fix the position.

Normally, Magnet attracts Magnet and they are strong enough to attract each other even there are substances lie between them. Therefore, Magnetic Wireless Charger can hold and charge cell phone with magnets steadily.  Nothing can affect it unless you push them or there is metal around.

Also, with Magnet, your cell phone can be easily adjusted.  Magnetic wireless charger will help you align your cell phone and the charging device automatically according to the design. So you don't need to worry about whether it requires a very specific alignment and spending a lot of time on finding the position.  Also many situations happen that users do not even aware their cell phone is not charging when they misplace their cell phone just slightly when they use a non-magnetic wireless charger.  

3.) Do I need a specific Phone Case so that I could use the Magnetic Wireless Charger ?

You don't need a specific phone case because we will provide you some metal arch stickers and metal arches together with our products. You just need to follow the instructions and attach them on the back of your phone, it is pretty easy.  If you wish to change to a new phone, you could peel the sticker off easily without leaving any scar on your phone. 

4.) Will the Magnet affects my cell phone’s operations ? 

No, the Magnet will not affect your cell phone's operations. The Magnet position is away from the battery so it don't affect the charging process. Also, look for Qi Certified Wireless Charger which means it operates safely and properly without affecting your cell phones.

5.) What should I do if i want a phone case with hidden metal plate ?

6.) Being a consumer, how should I pick a Wireless Charger which best fits for my needs ?

You should pick Wireless Charger with Qi Certification. Qi is empowered by WPC ( Wireless Power Consortium ) which ensures the safety and efficiency of those certified Wireless Charger.  If the Wireless Charger is not Qi Certified, it may cause potential hazards, e.g. fire hazard, etc.  For more information, please read "Things you need to know before you purchase a Wireless Charger".

7.) How to identify “ Qi Certified “ Wireless Charger ?

You can search the product or company name under the "Qi Certified" category from the WPC official website.  It will show you the result of all certified products. 8.) How to identify “ Fast Charging “ ?

"QC3.0" is another term for "Fast Charging".  We have indicated "QC3.0" next to the port on our mini warrior (USB Car Charger). 

9.) What do I need to facilitate “ Fast Charging “ ?

You need a QC3.0 Car Charger and Fast Charging micro USB cable.

10.) How long does it take to fully recharge a cell phone?

Our wireless charging device has fast charging mode 10W & 7.5W.  It will take in an average of 3.5 - 4 hours to fully charge a Qi-enabled phone with our QC3.0 Car Charger and fast micro USB charging cable.  Please note quality of the charging cable that connects our wireless charging device and your phone will affect the charging efficiency.  Please use the cable provided by us or make sure your own cable can facilitate fast charging mode.

iOS: iPhone 8 / 8+ / X / XS / XS Max / XR

Android: Samsung Galaxy S7 / S7 Edge / S7 Active / S8 / S8+ / Note 8/ S9 / S9+
